- Provides education on identity theft prevention. In cases where identity theft has
occurred, a personal advocate assists members from the first call to completed
resolution. If necessary, legal referrals are available, with free consultation
and a 25% discount on ongoing attorney fees.

caused by an identity theft? How can you rebuild your credit reputation after identity
thieves have harmed it?

It is critical to know your credit score to preserve it from being ruined by identity
thieves. The best way to know if your credit has been tampered with is to review your
credit report line-by-line with your Money Coach and check it for inaccuracies,
errors and signs of fraud. Over 80% of all credit reports contain errors, which can
affect your financial future and your costs to obtain credit. Identifying and correcting
credit report errors could save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars over time.
Your Coach is also ready to develop a customized plan to improve your credit score.
And continuous 24/7 monitoring of your credit file will alert you to any attempt to
steal the credit reputation you have established.

If the worst should happen, Fraud Resolution SpecialistsTM (FRS) have fast answers
to what a victim must do immediately.

From developing and implementing a "plan of action" to stop the identity theft, to

to immediately pulling credit reports (if necessary) to check for suspicious
activity, your FRS will help you to quickly take the steps necessary to protect your
